  Great experience. Booked morning of at 7 AM for a 9 AM appointment when they first opened. In and out with medication in less than 45 minutes. Nurse practitioner was efficient, nice, took care of this issue, said if it doesn’t resolve just send a message in the portal. Also right next door to a Dunkin, Whole Foods, and Post Office.

  I was easily able to make a same day appointment. They were able to accommodate me early. Everyone was friendly and professional. Mikaela the NP I saw was wonderful.

  I came to Carbon Health urgent in Charleston with an issue that I first went to my usual urgent care. They wanted to refer me back to my PCP with then another referral which I was told could be up to 1 year to get looked at. Carbonhealth was able to take care of it immediately. The whole experience has me looking into switching to CH for primary care. A part from the issue itself - the facilities were new, clean, frontstaff were nice and able to answer questions.I was seen by Dr. Meyers who is great doctor. He is down-to-earth and a man of action. I came in with an issue that resulted in a minor procedure. It was over quickly and done painlessly, with great precision and care. I felt comfortable throughout the process. He followed up promptly as promised. The issue I came in for, was taken care of. We need more doctors like him in American medicine.

  Dr. Myer and the medical assistant, as well as the front desk are incredibly thoughtful, efficient and knowledgeable. Great experience, beautiful facility.
