Elite Nation Wellness is a boutique fitness and recovery studio located on Cape Cod, Massachusetts, offering a comprehensive approach to health and movement. Originally operating as Wellbeloved Wellness, the studio has a long-standing presence in the local wellness community. Kayla began working at the studio in 2016 and, after more than a decade of experience within the space, purchased the business from the previous owner in 2022. Following the transition, she rebranded and completely revitalized the studio—expanding services, upgrading equipment, enhancing recovery offerings, and reimagining the overall client experience. Today, Elite Nation Wellness reflects that evolution: a modern, thoughtfully designed wellness destination focused on strength, longevity, recovery, and community.
Elite Nation Wellness is actually my favorite place to be. I look forward to going there every time I book a class. The instructors are the best, the other clients are welcoming and the space is beautiful. I really do recommend it to everyone!

I love my Elite Nation classes. I typically participate virtually and they do a great job for someone that way. I lost the weight 6 years ago and have kept it up and I attribute much of my elite nation workouts! Also, Kayla and the team try to keep it fresh and new all the time!

I cannot recommend this gym enough! I have been an Elite member for 9 months now and have taken nearly 100 classes, my favorites being barre and pilates. I struggled for years to commit to the gym and it wasn't until I signed up for Elite that I was finally able to consistently show up for myself 3 times a week, every single week. These classes have changed my life and helped me manage the chronic pain caused by my connective tissue disorder (Ehlers Danlos Syndrome), strengthening not only my body but also my spirit. I never thought I would be someone who enjoys group fitness (in fact, it used to scare me) but now it's all I ever want to do!
The membership structure is great for people like me who struggle to motivate themselves and need the extra push to show up. No more making excuses to skip the gym! For me, the cost is well worth it.
