When I took them in to see about replacing the damaged lenses with standard non-prescription ones, I was told their 'system' doesn't allow it. Apparently, they can’t put non-prescription lenses into frames that originally had a prescription, even though it's the exact same frame. My only choice? Pay $200 for new prescription lenses I don’t even want. A total waste of money and a bizarre policy that makes it impossible to repair your own glasses.
