  Same issue as below review. Billing is a nightmare. Can barely get people to respond to me, and I keep getting different bills from over a year and half ago. Really disappointing and would not recommend. I am sure I will get the canned response that every other reviewer received.

  Had an amazing psychiatrist and therapist I worked with there for years. My therapist left the practice and my psychiatrist went out of networks at the same time so I had to stopped going to life changes. I am getting bill over a year later in the mail for services that have been dealt with financially (stated in writing). I have discussed this via email and I still get bills. Haven't been able to get someone on the phone. Pretty frustrating.

  Terribly frustrating onboarding process. No in-person appointments available. Same cost for in-person visits. Intake team late to make phone calls. Snarky comments when I called them 5 minutes after the appointment. Cannot accept digital signatures. Online system from the 90s that won't allow you to sign where necessary. Waste of time. If you're a busy professional looking for healthcare services, take your time attention and money elsewhere.

  Great therapists but corporate office is a money hungry dumpster fire that only sees patients as dollar signs. Avoid at all costs.
