Rachel was fantastic to work with. She took the time to really understand my needs and approached everything with patience and care. Her recommendations were thoughtful, practical, and clearly tailored to my situation—not just a generic set of exercises. Most importantly, she helped me feel confident and actively involved in my own recovery, which made a huge difference. Highly recommend working with her.

I've had a fantastic experience at Bay State Physical Therapy. Specifically, the trainers I've worked with - Dani and Kenny - have been competent, personable, and professional. They treat every patient, major or minor injury, with equal respect and diligence. They are busy but they make time to listen to the patients and make a personal connection. Having worked mostly with Dani, she has exceeded my expectations, making an effort to help me understand the injury, what her thought process was on my recovery plan, and both patiently and thoughtfully answering my questions. It's clear that her colleagues have a deep professional respect for her, something that seems natural given her obvious expertise. Before going to PT, I'd heard that often you're just given an exercise list but it's been far beyond that. The staff create a culture of healing; not just through exercises but a caring community that encourages a commitment to recovery.
