The facilities are excellent — I especially love the electrolyte water station for refilling my jug, the soft cushiony floors and the shower in case I need to run to a meeting after. What truly sets this studio apart, though, is the staff and instructors. It's hard to pick a favorite because each one brings their own unique style and energy to every class. They don't just lead you through a session — they offer genuine tips and advice to help you grow in your practice. If you're looking for a yoga studio where you feel at home and leave every class a little better than when you walked in, YogaSix Burlington is it. Highly recommend!

After several months of attendance I've taken their unlimited package for the most options. The instructors are clear and field questions after class, great for improving your practice. Conveniently located near rt. 95, too.
- PPPhong PhamJan 28, 20265.0Had a great time in the spicy hot yoga class! We were from out of town visiting a friend and decided to get out of the cold and into a hot studio. Facilities were clean, and personnel were super friendly and not pushy with us being first-timers. Deana helped us through setting up our accounts over the phone, and we were scheduled in no time. Our instructor Cynthia provided an intense but easy-to-follow flow and gave inclusive instruction for pose alternatives. They get the studio pretty hot, but the circulation and humidity control never made the air feel stuffy or thick. Next time we're passing through and in need of a good stretch, we will make sure to drop in!
