I had originally gone to LensCrafters because I already knew which glasses I wanted. They did not greet me as warmly as they did at Warby Parker. Seems they did not want the sale. So I left and as I was leaving the mall, I saw Warby Parker and thought I'd give it a try. I was delighted with the service and the options.
