Sorry I can’t remember her name but she’s the reason we stayed and got glasses. The guy who helped us first must’ve been new, very nice guy but he wasn’t sure of pretty much any questions we had.. very nice guy though! I’ll still recommend people to go here

I used the small amount of free time I have away from work and my children to try and buy a new pair of glasses. After I picked out a pair that I liked I tried to purchase them. The associate seemed surprised I wanted to purchase them in store and then scolded me for having an expired prescription in their system. She told me it was like trying to buy drugs without a prescription. I told her I had gotten my eyes checked last year and was surprised the prescription expired. She reiterated it was illegal for her to sell me glasses and centered the conversation around how she would get fired if she sold me the glasses. At no point did she offer that I call my optician to see why the prescription expired, or point out that I could have gotten my eyes checked in store. After I left I called my optician, who found that my prescription was not expired and I was able to purchase the glasses online. I wish I could have purchased glasses elsewhere after this experience, but had already gone through the work of finding frames that I liked.
