I go in and I buy salmon and haddock and on the weekends. There's an older woman working in there I hate to be little her. But she is rude disrespectful and she should not be working. I work hard for my money and I don't need an attitude and that's all she has and swiss when I asked her for a certain cuts or what size for this I asked her a question she says I asked you a question why ask you a question I thought the customer is always right she's just rude. She should not be working now. I know people need work and money but I don't need this in my life. This is why I will not shut the store anymore and from what I saw you have a 3.5 average and that's horrible and I live in this town I only come to your store when the sales because you're overpriced. I only go here for sales other than that I don't but when I go there for seafood when it's on sale this lady I'm sorry to say that she's older but that's fine but do your job and don't give me an attitude I don't need that I work for my money too and I like seafood. I highly don't recommend the seafood department if she's there.

Have not had any issues with this pharmacy, aside from sometimes taking a day or two to fill scripts. Staff is always friendly and helpful!

Way overpriced. Poor customer service , especially the manager. Very old , very angry little senile lady . Mistreated me and my girlfriend. We are locals from Burlington. Based on the times we have went there , the customer service has been atrocious. Both management and the young employees. I recommend everyone to avoid this location, until they fire everybody and hire people they actually want to work there and want to provide good customer service .

The worst customer service around. I ordered online a sandwich plater a week in advance, to be picked up at 11:30 well apparently we never made it as the young boy shrugged. The manager said well thats not very good. Two days after the party i received a call not sure how that was going to help.Shaws you just lost my business.Hopefully corporate office takes a long look at the Burlington store
