Admittingly, I was about 15 minutes late as i had trouble finding the place so expected a wait or maybe a reschedule. When I got there, i was standing at the front desk to talk to someone unaware of the process of checking in for about 10 minutes . Meanwhile, there was gentlemen working with another customer near the front desk area and another gentlemen who was going back and forth getting shoes for another customer. I got no acknowledgement. I ended up sitting down near the front desk for almost 20 minutes waiting for someone to at least acknowledge me, check me in, or say "I'll be with you in a second", no response. As the gentlemen near the front desk finished a sale with the customer, he walked right past me by the front desk and walked to the sitting area near the entrance (i guess that was the place to wait) and checked that person in at noon and they walked past me and started their appointment. After 20 minutes and not a single person said anything to me. I was so fed up i just got up and ended up leaving , absolutely horrible customer service. I would not have had an issue of waiting or even rescheduling ( i was late), it could be a great place but they lost a customer for me an my family with their horrible customer service. I guess i will just go to a podiatrist and take my business elsewhere.
