Bad experience!
This Pilates studio is completely unprofessional with very poor customer service. When I asked to cancel my membership, they told me I had to give a one-month notice — something that was never mentioned to me before. They were quick to have me sign contracts on their computer without showing me the full details.
I absolutely do not recommend going there. There are plenty of other Pilates studios that are far more professional, with better service, more varied and effective classes, and instructors who actually help sculpt and strengthen your body.

I recently attended my first class at Club Pilates and unfortunately, it didn’t meet my expectations. Upon arrival, I was told I needed to purchase a pair of Pilates socks priced between $18–$20. They don’t accept Apple Pay or cash, and the receptionist simply said there was nothing she could do, which felt a bit unaccommodating, especially for a first-time guest.
As for the class itself, it wasn’t very challenging, and when you factor in the price of the class plus the required socks, it just didn’t feel like a good value. I ended up going to the store next door and found three pairs of similar Pilates socks for just $8.
I was really hoping for a more welcoming experience and a class that matched the premium price point.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I initially enjoyed taking classes here, but unfortunately, this studio only cares about taking your money. Their schedule is not flexible at all. Don’t be fooled by the free initial classes they use that to rope you into ongoing payments.
I tried to freeze my account due to personal and medical reasons, but they charged me for that, and then added a reactivation fee on top of it. When I called to terminate my account, they wanted to charge me $265. It’s ridiculous.
Customer service is terrible. Even when I was still a member, they would cancel or reschedule classes last minute due to weather, and it was nearly impossible to rebook because the classes are always full. They keep signing up new members, but don’t have the capacity to accommodate everyone. You’ll be the one constantly adjusting your schedule for them.
This is by far the worst studio I’ve ever joined. Don’t fall for it. Save your money and go somewhere that values their clients.
