    We employed the services of Adams Healthcare for 15 months, seven days a week, for assistance with my elderly mother-in-law who lived with us. Over that time, one aide worked the weekday shift and another aide worked the daily weekend shift. Several of the aides, one of which worked the weekday shift for 13 months, were exceptionally caring and trustworthy as were several of the daily weekend shift aides. However, while the agency's staffing was generally outstanding, there were some times when an aide did not work out, i.e., the aide was not a good fit with my mother-in-law or there were personnel issues. In one instance, an aide demonstrated a concerning lack of judgment and the owner of the agency professionally handled our unease and quickly provided a replacement aide. In fact, the owner was responsive whenever we raised any issue. The owner is a pleasant gentleman, who takes complaints seriously and resolves problems effectively. Overall, we appreciate the agency's professionalism and their commitment to client safety. We were glad to have found Adams Healthcare and would not hesitate to do business with the agency in the future.

    The care staff people are absolutely wonderful. We had David first, and then for most of the time, Umar. They are smart, knowledgeable, and so very, very kind. And the administrative folks were flexible and cooperative always. I cannot recommend this service provider highly enough. We could never have imagined how much they would go out of their way to help. Thank you to them!
