  I visited AFC at Burlington for sprained ankle. I was checked and cared for promptly. Clear instructions are provided and additional referral and care are suggested. I appreciate the professional care.

  I’ve been long time CHA customer, came here for urgent testing. Totally disappointed cuz of the receptionist or front desk clerk. They were very rude. Avoid my simple question over and over again. Wonder why they have no customers.

  Not a great experience. I came in with severe throat pain and informed the nurse that I had a 101°F fever. The provider did not perform a thorough examination and quickly told me everything looked fine. The night that I went in the fever kept escalating. However, my symptoms were clearly consistent with strep throat, which made me feel dismissed and concerned about the quality of care I received.

  I’m not one to write reviews but this may have been my worst urgent care experience ever. The front desk lady was filling out party invitations, the MA was fantastic, the medical provider should work on her bedside manner and actually listen to what patients are saying to them, instead of getting an attitude and telling people that things did not happen as if the patient hasn’t lived them. I was literally referred here from another facility that had documentation of the previous illness the medical provider said did not happen, because they could not run the necessary tests. The medical provider acted like it was a task to run the tests & would not listen kept saying that is not how things work.
