This quest location is insanely busy and wait times can be long. Definitely recommend making an appointment. That being said Natasha is excellent!!
She had a super busy afternoon by herself and squeezed myself and several others off the waitlist. I am so thankful! Had to do labs for work with a deadline and she was a god send. Her technique was great and had no pain at all.
Thank you!

This place is awful. It’s located in an old building that looks like it was once a rooming house. The waiting room was tiny and overcrowded; we sat knee-to-knee with other patients while a TV played an endless Quest Diagnostics infomercial loop. Despite arriving on time for our 8:30 AM appointment, we sat for 15 minutes without seeing a single person called. The "waiting list" on the screen never seemed to move. We never saw any staff, and the old check-in window was taped shut like a vestige of a bygone era. It was creepy, so we left.

Practically good med exam place. You can't probably compare it with the most prestigious med services in the area, but after waiting for 15 min or so after the appointment time, the blood test was quick and all right. If you get there, maybe you understand why people are posting photos of that green screen---it's somewhat symbolic and it's there and fine.
Had my most (and probably only) positive experience at this Quest location today. Every other time I've come in here they've been quietly understaffed and it's been at least an hour wait, even with an appointment. Today I was in an out within ten minutes of my timeslot. Autumn and Marisa were thoroughly charming and efficient. The whole experience was lovely. If this is what this Quest location has to offer going forward, I'll dread bloodwork no longer. If they get rid of Autumn and Marisa, I'll riot.
it wasn’t terrible, but i think next time i’ll try a different location.
cons:
- i didn’t get a cost estimate at any point in the process. i have no idea what i’m going to be charged for these services.
- i didn’t get a confirmation email or anything after giving blood, and i wasn’t told when to expect results.
- there isn’t anyone working in the waiting room, which made me feel on edge and meant i couldn’t ask questions about my appointment. also, this is nitpicky, but the television’s looped video about the company was enough to make me a little nuts.
- the big one: when drawing my blood, some of it dripped onto the armrest. the phlebotomist sort of smeared it around with an alcohol wipe until the blood was dispersed and less visible. while it’s possible that he did a more thorough cleaning after i left, i did notice other stains on the armrest that then made me nervous. The sharps container directly next to the chair was also open, which i’ve never seen before and struck me as odd.
pros:
- the phlebotomist got my blood very easily, which many people can’t do.
- he was polite and efficient.
- i got in within 10m of my appointment time & it took only 5m or so to get my blood drawn.
- the waiting room, while sparse, is clean and reasonably comfortable.
- techs were clearly working hard, in the 15m i spent in the waiting room i saw about 5 people go in and out — clearly appointments are consistently quick and efficient.
