- AAAnonymous2 days ago1.0I had an appointment scheduled for the day of a nor'easter blizzard. The office confirmed my appointment the day prior, so I assumed they were planning on staying open. The morning of, I had not heard anything from the office, so I called LensCrafters approximately 7 times to confirm that the appointment was still happening and left 3 voicemails with no response. When I arrived, the doors were locked, with no signage indicating a weather closure. I fully respect their decision to close given the weather, but it's absolutely unacceptable in 2026 to not have a way to remotely notify patients of appointment cancellations. Because of this experience, I no longer trust this location as a vision care provider and would not recommend it to others.
