  The wait time wasn't long 5min or less the service was excellent the nurse was great.

  I arrived at approximately 3:55 PM and, after being offered a 4:30 PM appointment or wait list. I felt it wouldn't matter so I elected to join the Wait List. After waiting in excess of 30 minutes, staff opened the door only to announce that no further wait list patients would be seen, and immediately closed it. My attempt to explain that I had already been waiting was disregarded, and no accommodation or guidance was provided. As a direct result of transportation limitations, I was unable to obtain care for over a week. At my subsequent visit, I was found to have a profoundly deficient 25-hydroxyvitamin D level, representing a clinically significant condition with associated risk of metabolic bone disease. This level of disregard for patients' time and well-being is unacceptable. Delays and abrupt refusals of service, particularly when follow-up care may have serious health consequences, reflect a troubling lack of responsiveness and consideration. I urge a review of these practices to prevent similar situations and ensure that patients receive the timely care their conditions require.

  Everyone wants to be the boss and talk over top of you when you’re dealing with the technical who asked you to verify your name and address. But Keisha wants to be the boss. Very nasty area wasn’t clean and smells fresh I don’t think anybody should go there to one pearl st to get blood 🩸 work done!!

  Had several appointments at the Pearl St location late 2025/ early 2026… each one proved convenient and timely with proficient staff. Nice user friendly app for booking appt.s too but self check in was less than 2 min. if you have your cards ready. Didn’t encounter a busy waiting room yet but they seemed to keep it moving with who was there. Physical back offices/rooms environment need significant attention aka UPDATES/RENOVATIONS!!!
