  I have small veins and usually get poked 2 or 3 times when getting blood drawn. Luz got it on the first try and made it stress free and nearly painless. She was also very kind. Thank you, Luz!

  Glad I made the decision to drive further (from Weymouth) for a better-rated Quest lab. Check-in on the kiosk was quick and easy. Most importantly, the staff was friendly and helpful. I wanted to get a blood type test in addition to my provider-ordered urine test, and Luz was helpful in directing me to the website for purchase. The blood draw was successful on the first attempt and relatively painless. (I am still scarred from a previous bad blood draw experience when I lived out of state.) She was thorough and even noticed that I was bleeding through my gauze before I even took note and kindly gave me a second one. Don't let the dingy, low-lighting of the waiting room deter you; this was a great lab experience.
