I had been there before so they had all of my information including being in a wheelchair and the Dr. walked by me several times yesterday as we sat and waited for 40 minutes for him to tell me he can not give me a good eye exam unless I can get out of the chair. And to top it all off the night before my appointment they send me a text message telling me I need to pay a $20.00 Insurance Processing Fee (see photo) I think that is very illegal. I am on disability and only get paid once a month.
