  Don't know how my glasses ended on the floor but I stepped on them. Having to travel the next day I asked Devon for help. She most graciously helped me and refused to charge me for the service. Being in the service industry I can appreciate quality but mostly genuine and from the heart service. I will be getting my next pair from Devon mostly that they had a couple very nice ones and one that I really like.

  I ordered Vogue prescription sunglasses from this optical store and, unfortunately, the size has been an issue from day one. They look and feel more like a size L. I wear a hijab, and at first I managed, so I didn’t notice the problem right away. But now, especially when I wear a looser hijab, the sunglasses slip off very easily—even while driving. It feels like I was handed a product that wasn’t the right fit, which is disappointing. I don’t understand why the store handed over the wrong size, especially when proper fitting is so important for sunglasses. It’s frustrating because the product doesn’t fit well at all, and I’ve become increasingly dissatisfied with it over time. I expected better attention to detail when selecting the right size for customers. Aside from this sizing issue, everything else about the store and service was good.

  I cannot say enough about this location and the staff. Lisa Connell went above and beyond my expectations regarding my frames...the recommendation of what is needed and my overall experience. I would and do recommend this pearl vision location to anyone looking to purchase frames. Thank you!!!

  Broke the frames on my (very necessary) prescription reading glasses that I got at Pearle in Brockton. Frames couldn't be fixed, so I was going to have to order a new pair and not be able to read until they were ready. Don Thomas at Pearle then went to work trying to find another frame in stock that would fit my lenses, which were fine. He managed to find a pair and in 10 minutes, he had outfitted them with my lenses. So not only did he save me money (only had to pay for frames, not for new lenses), but I walked out able to read, saving me a week of frustration! Thank you Don and all the other folk there who helped him help me!
