While the staff were never outright rude, they conveyed a sense that I was more of a bother than a valued customer. When I picked up my glasses today, I suspect I was interacting with the manager, and the exchange felt rushed. She switched out my lenses, handed me my glasses, and mentioned that I would need to pair them again before immediately walking away. It was one of the oddest customer service interactions I’ve experienced. The store wasn't busy, so there was no apparent reason for the rush. I wasn’t asked if I needed any assistance with pairing my glasses, nor anything else. Given this experience, I don’t think I’ll return to this location for any future needs. Although they have a high rating of 4.9, I felt it was important to share my experience, as it may not have been an isolated incident.

Despite being told I could have my PD measured at the exam, I was told by staff in the front I needed to make a purchase first. Felt pressured to buy a pair from the company. Also did not give me the option to not dilate eyes and had to pay $59 for retina exam that I did not want. Very expensive. Added on a ton of things to glasses to make them super expensive when I did not want to go over my insurance limit. But I needed my PD number. How is that not included in the exam? The staff was very nice but the rules are exploitative around giving out measurements and charging for exams I did not want.
