  I have now been to this location twice and had a good experience both times. The employees were friendly, the office is clean, and I was in and out within 10 minutes. If you follow the signs it is very easy to find. Some reviews mention that there is no where to park or it is valet parking only, this is not true. There is a large garage across the street and it is free if you are parked for less than 1 hour or $5 if you're there over an hour.

  Very great customer service really nice. Fast in & out. There’s a iPad where you can check in which is really great.

  Location is extremely hard to find and service is horrible. I made a appointment at 4:30 to do a test which I think I can pay for at the place. The lady told me I need to order before I visit but I was never told about that when I made the appointment! I asked whether I can order now it took no more than 3 minutes. But the lady was rude and refused to test me because she would close at 5:00. However their website and google show they hours end at 5:30. She just want to go home early and don’t care about patients.

  I first called this location to double check their hours and see if they got my information from my doctor. Phones don't work nobody picked up. So I biked the mile and a half, just to find a sticky note on the door saying they closed at 4:00pm. This is ridiculous and I'm going to see if I can get my orders transferred somewhere else, you shouldn't change hours based on a sticky note on a door nobody can see until they get there.
