How is it possible for it to take 2 hours to complete blood draws for 4 people? I urge everyone to go to another location, even if you have an appointment. Don’t waste your time here.

Tried to get bloodwork done three times. Each time the wait was over an hour despite having an appointment.

The wonderful woman who helped me was so kind, thoughtful, personable, professional, and so good at what she does. You guys are SO LUCKY to have her at this center as she went above and beyond for me and my experience there.

The two other women and I in the waiting room were all unhappy with our treatment here. I tried asking for help from the person behind the counter multiple times and they ignored me. I had to wait to ask my question quickly until they took a patient to the back. To drop off a specimen they made me wait a very long time. I’m not sure why they have people wait who are just trying to drop off a sample, it makes no sense to me. They were very rude and unhelpful. I did not have a good experience here.

This was the worst medical appointment of my life. A man in his fifties took care of me. I didn’t have the prescription, so I had to send it to him by email. He told me to wait for hours because he “didn’t have the time”.He was very mean to me, even though I don’t know how to speak English. He didn’t even want to help me, saying that he wouldn’t touch my phone because he didn’t want to get into trouble. This person is ignorant and a bad person who deserves a lot of harm. The man was wearing glasses and a mask. I ask the people who work here to fire him immediately; he doesn’t know how to do his job. He is a very bad person.
