They changed their location to Suite 502. The staff that took my blood was very quick and precise. It is very hard to find my vein, but she was excellent at it. Another Quest in Lowell had the needle in my arm and moved it around to try to find my vein. It was painful.
I would have given it 5 start. This was my first time visit this hospital. The was no sign on the outside to suggest the direction to the main entrance, and the people who valet the car gave the wrong information.
I will go here again for my labs. The staffs were profession and know what they're doing.
Update: the valet didn’t even have time to walk back and drop my keys off before I got done with my appointment. I waited 15 minutes after my 5 minute appointment was done to get my car. What is the point of that? Let me park my own car and validate the parking if you’re so worried about people abusing the parking lot.
People were good but this location is valet parking only for $8 with zero other parking options. Hospitals and medical centers shouldn’t make you pay to park while you’re paying hundreds to thousands of dollars inside for care. My appointment was so quick that I waited longer for the valet to go get my car than the time I was actually in for the appointment. Would not go to this location again.

Their text notification system for checking in doesn't work. I checked in at 1:19 PM, received my text to register online, filled out the registration, it's 2:26 and haven't been contacted. I'm also not able to make an appointment through their app, it says "An Unknown Error Occurred, Please Try Again after you fill out the form and click schedule." I wasn’t called back until after 3pm.
Overall a frustrating experience. The only redeeming quality was the phlebotomist was very nice and did a good job.
The whole check-in system was broken and it took me over an hour to get all the lab work done that I needed to get done. I tried calling the office, but got a machine with no option to talk to a person. I tried calling customer support, but I got put on hold for 10 minutes and then hung up on.

Terrible location. Only have one chair and no one out front to give updates. Made an appointment and had to wait 35 minutes for them to say "Oh, I'm having a hard time taking the blood, maybe go to the other location." I haven't visited the other Brighton location, but it can't be worse. Avoid at all costs.
