  I’m deeply saddened on how I was forgotten about and skipped over multiple times ! I did my original intake beginning of January by now couple weeks in to February I had to leave! I was forgotten about over and over and over again! Waited around to meet with people who forgot about me or the meeting was never lined up , had two 30 min one on ones with my therapist! I really think Billy is there for the right reasons and genuinely wants to help people unfortunately the people doing scheduling and calls are not following through ! What if it was an emergency a mental health crisis and they forgot about you ? You might not be here today ! This isn’t a joke or as simple as repeatedly causing “I’m sorry miscommunication “! These people’s lives ! We didn’t even touch into my issue I needed help badly and was not a priority! And it’s about the patients ! I’m sorry but I do not recommend! These are peoples lives and if I was in a crisis and needed help my family might be planning a funeral! Really need to figure it out ! Wish you luck ! I’m currently looking for a similar program that will make me a priority! When your there and not forgotten about the program is great it was great cause I showed up to the iop meetings , I also had to send texts out for the link the first time , I chased my own help ! It’s hard enough for someone with mental health or substance issues to even take part it in it but to chase and ask over and over for help is absolutely absurd and they do not have your best interest at heart!

  Great program. Aesthetically the program is beautiful. Very comforting. Their clinical team is strong and the treatment is as strong. 10/10

  Needed people to understand and not judge me when I was at my lowest. The Therapeutic compassionate approach speaks for itself as i needed to regain confidence to stand on my own two feet again. Thank you.
