    I rely on Quest Diagnostics in Braintree for my lab work. Yesterday I had a phlebotomist new to me. Katherine made the entire visit comfortable. Her phlebotomy skills are excellent. She is patient, kind, and respectful.

    I have an appointment at 8:10. Now is 8:21 and nobody is here. The office is all dark. If there is cancellation, it needs to be communicated. Waste of my time.
