The staff are so nice and helpful, they helped me pick out a pair of frames and helped me decipher what I like about certain frame styles so I could know what's best for me. 100% recommend this location!!

I had an amazing experience here! It had been a while since I got new glasses and Jen helped me again just like she did the time before! The process was easy, she answered any questions I had, and even helped me find a style that suited me best. I just recieved my glasses today and I absolutely love them

My wife and I accompanied our 15-year-old for an appointment, and the front desk experience was unacceptable. When I asked a simple question about walk-ins, the two staff members exchanged looks and responded with a dismissive, almost sarcastic tone: “We don’t. And if we do, there’d be a line for it.” That is not how you speak to patients. My wife then followed up regarding a delayed contact lens delivery. Instead of taking ownership or even attempting to check the system, one of them responded, “Maybe you heard the info wrong (over the phone).” That response was both inappropriate and unprofessional. Verifying the order or offering to look into it should have been the bare minimum. Later, when my son was taken to an exam room while I briefly stepped away, I asked which room he was in. The response: “I don’t know. I don’t track which room they’re placed in.” No effort to help, no attempt to find out; just another dismissive answer. This was not a one-off interaction; it was a consistent pattern of poor attitude and lack of basic customer service. Front desk staff are the first point of contact and set the tone for the entire visit. In this case, they did the opposite.

I came into LensCrafters store to get new glasses. My dog chewed my older pair. Immediately Catherine Polanco assisted me. Sad part I needed to return another day because I didn’t have a current prescription. I returned three days later and there was Catherine again eager and willingly to help. She was patient and listened intently to what I was looking for. I think I tried on about 70 pair of eyeglasses. I felt so bad, I even offered to help put them back. Catherine stated that’s her job and she wanted me to find the best pair that suited me. I left that day with a purchase of three pair of eyeglasses. She has amazing customer service skills. Thank you Catherine, I am super happy with the choices you helped me pick out.

I was on the fence about purchasing my first pair of glasses because of how expensive they can run. I was quickly swayed by the great level of customer care that I was treated with. The front and back crew made the experience seamless and I felt very satisfied leaving with my first ever pair of Giorgo Armani glasses. Jake was really helpful guiding me through the process and helped me pick out a few I liked. Italia in the front recommend the color gold because it complimented my complexion, Lucas suggested which color transitions I could go with and I went with grey. Sarah in the back was a sweetheart. It had been years since I got my eyes tested and she quickly put me at ease by making me feel comfortable. Overall, just great customer service all around and I've been recommending this place to my friends and family. Can see myself coming back to buy another pair.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
