  I absolutely love the team I’m working with in Braintree. They’re incredibly positive, but most importantly, transparent—which is so important when you’re trying to make real, lasting change. I’ve struggled with weight loss for what feels like forever after having kids, and I’ve tried so many programs that honestly didn’t make a dent. This is the only program where I’ve truly seen progress. I’m not starving at all. The first week was hard, but it helped me reset and start learning how to eat better. I’ve been making healthier food choices and even trying new meals for my whole family, which has made this feel sustainable and realistic. At just 11 weeks in, I’m down 24.8 pounds, and I’m very happy.

  Keeps me focused and accountable. Sometimes my mental get in the way, but the conversation and knowing the program doesn’t change keeps me on track of why I chose to take care of me. As Dr. Shirna said to me the program doesn’t change. This hit home for me and made me validate why I chose the program because the program doesn’t change. I made the change and it keeps me on track. So yes, I would recommend this program to anyone that struggle and want to find themselves again.
