  I went to the GNC at Braintree location ,for a Huel drink , Sam and Matt the store manager ,, got the right answers to my objections as a customer . For the first Time since 2018 ,I understood the benefits of being a PRO member ,.They were just amazing .. Thanks Again to GNC for such amazing employees.

  South shore plaza is a totally different store since Lisa took over! It’s the closest location to me and I would go out of my way to go to Westwood until now. She goes above and beyond every time I go in and couldn’t be happier! Whatever she’s being paid, I can tell you it’s not enough!

  Went by GNC yesterday , Haven’t been in a while , stopped going a few years ago, products were never in stock , dirty, smelled, it would be a gamble if they were open . PLEASANTLY surprised to see they are under new management, knowledgeable staff … clean , products filled the shelves … the Manager went as far as to call another store to get an item transferred that I needed more of by the weekend . She went above and beyond ! Thank you Lisa and team ! Pleased with the changes .. I will be back .

  Lisa was very respectful, the store is way better organized than better. She was able to answered all my questions which made me feel more secure about using the products. She for sure a great manager.
