The staff are wonderful, making sure the office visit goes smoothly and professional. They have the latest and greatest technology and have been trained to use it. Dr Herron, whom I see, is genuinely a caring Doctor, taking the time to check everything, explain all findings, and humble enough to also confer with other practice doctors on diagnoses. You cannot go wrong incorporating Braintree eye into your eye health needs

My third year seeing Dr. David Herron. I sustained an injury in one eye several years ago. Dr. Herron takes the extra time to thoroughly evaluate and monitor any changes in the condition of my eye and the injury. I make a point to see him every year because of his knowledge, expert care, and excellent personal service.

Have gone here for many years for my yearly eye exams and was always very happy with them. Today the fit me in for an eye injury and Dr. Arsenault was very attentive, treated the issue and made me laugh as well.

Extremely rude service from the receptionist. I’m a former patient with an appointment scheduled three days out and called to ask if there was any chance of getting trial contacts to hold me over.
When she saw I hadn’t been seen in a couple of years (I’m 20 now and hadn’t been back since I was a minor), she laughed and said there was nothing she could do, offering no advice or alternatives.
I found this especially concerning given this was a vision-related issue. The very next office I called was able to get me in promptly and provide emergency glasses/contacts without hesitation.
I won’t be returning here and hope this is not how other patients are treated when they need help.
