  I am a member and highly endorse this practice. They are professional, caring, and above all, really listen. They take the time needed for personal care. This is how medicine should be instead of high-speed impersonal medical practices.

  Long story short, I was new to Action Medicine as of late 2025, and after all but 2 appointments with Dr. Jennifer To, she was able to set in motion a cure to my high BP, despite being on daily medications via a previous physician. Jennifer made the calls and worked diligently to get me a CT scan, and ultimately, an excellent surgeon to perform the procedure that I desparately needed! I can't thank Jennifer enough for the time she spent to take care of me.

  I cannot say enough wonderful things about Jennifer. I had always hoped for someone who would actually listen to not just my concerns but also listen to me as a human being. She is there for me anytime I have a question and always advocates for me to make sure I get the care I need with several specialists and procedures. I’ll recommend her to everyone that will listen and I’m so pleased to have her as my PCP. I feel heard, seen, and like I receive compassionate care in an unparalleled manner and I encourage anyone reading this to jump on board with this practice.
