From day one to discharge from the program Minerva assessed my abilities and made tweaks and shifts in my plan to get my knee pain reduced within a month! When I was honest I’d only get to 20 minutes of self exercise between visits she crafted homework that was not only doable but something I now do on the regular as a habit! Well worth the drive from Boston for ten star rehab!!! I am certainly more confident, stronger and flexible now with zero pain! Thank you!
