- NBNish BFeb 5, 20241.0This is the. worst. pharmacy. ever. No one ever picks up the phone. They lock their drive-through window hours before the pharmacy is supposed to close and they’ll literally tell you to your face they don’t have the staff to keep it open. They’re constantly out of stock on my meds and they can never confirm when the meds will arrive or be ready for pick up because they’re “short staffed.” Don’t get me wrong, I don’t blame the staff on duty one bit. They’re doing work of half a dozen people Stop and Shop is too cheap to hire. I wish they would just shut down so literally any other pharmacy that can afford to hire staff and provide at least a half-decent service to the community can move into that space instead.
