  Tiny little pharmacy. Usually pick up prescriptions at drive up window, never had a problem. However, the wait can be long & the drive up line goes behind the parked cars which can be challenging. Had to go into store to buy Covid tests even though I was sick. I wore a mask but seems like a stupid rule. Regular stock was low, purposely went there thinking they’d have basics like Sudafed during winter Covid / flu season but shelves were bare. They did have good stock of homeopathic cold remedies.

  The employees ator so rude And I don't know how they still have drugs there because everybody I know Who goes to that pharmacy? I stay with them because I live about a mile up. The road and I have transferred out of there It was right in a blow up every time I went there.

  I was looking for a particular item and called both CVS in Buzzards Bay and this S&S pharmacy, which had the item (yay!). The difference in customer service was like night and day........kudos to the Bourne Stop and Shop pharmacy for caring and helping their customers and not making them feel like a hindrance! 😁

  I would assume a good place to pick up a prescription but has very little else. I was looking for a place to pick up an ankle/calf compression sleeve. Hard to fit inventory in a place smaller than a corner store.
