I was treated with the utmost care and my therapy was spot on in my recovery! I worked with Sarah, and can’t say enough about the excellent treatment of my injury. She listened and took great care of me each session. Sarah also had time to help me with other concerns that came up during my time there. The whole team of therapists and staff are truly professional and caring … top notch! Location -easy to find Parking- good 2nd floor- elevator /stairs Cleanliness- 5 ⭐️
- MPMichael PopitzFeb 21, 20265.0I was in a terrible car crash. The local police department pushed 100% of the fault on me but changed the truth on my crash report to fit their taste or decision. I ended up with severe ubiquitous injuries. I have been going several times to three PT excellent Physical Therapist locations. Bay State Was superb caring and tried hard to help me get through all the damage including brain injuries and torn body parts. The whiplash will be with me for the rest of my life. To add the police changing the story on top of my injuries has added insult to injury. I really understand that expression!!!
