  send me duplicate medical bill to harass me and threaten me to pay with a final notice at my mailbox. sent email no one answer.

  The location is confusing and I got bounced around trying to figure out were I needed to be but the staff once I got there was great. The nurses were kind, informed, and helpful as were the technicians and the doctor.

  The wait was hour or so late putting patients before me with way later appointments than me !

  I had to be extremely pro-active to get myself a scan. Calling doctors office and radiology multiple times to make them understand I didn't need an insurance referral. Worst experience ever. Unfortunately I've used multiple Boston hospitals and feel confident that Tufts is way below the norm for this kind of care.
