I’m really upset about how I was treated at the front desk. I understand I was late, but the way I was spoken to was rude and disrespectful. Instead of trying to help, they immediately canceled my appointment and blamed me.
They also told me I shouldn’t have scheduled through the portal, even though I was told by their own office to use it to reschedule. That makes no sense and shows poor communication on their end.
This experience made me feel disrespected and not valued as a patient.

Amanda C., PA-C, is a wonderful primary care provider. She takes her time with patients, truly listens to concerns, and explains everything clearly. I never feel rushed during appointments, and her care is always thoughtful and thorough. She provides excellent medical care with compassion and professionalism. Highly recommend!

Well I personally didn’t really appreciate how hard it was to get in to see a E.N.T doctor when I kept complaining about my ears. I had to tell my primary care Dr I wanted to see one. I also had a cyst and ingrown hair in my nose. Had to fight for it. Unfair my insurance covered the E.N.T doctor. Why should we have to wait & ask for a referral if we need the help? W.E. Idc anymore. I got in and he did some tests and gave me this antibacterial cream that I had no idea even existed. Works great.
Another thing was I scheduled an appointment to see my neurologist online and then never got a confirmation or an appointment at all until I called over the phone . Awful customer service experience. Now I’m waiting until March yay could not be more excited… guess if I have seizures I’ll just lie down in my bed and die until March. Can’t get help at CVS or Walgreens. Nothing helps. Not even these silly prescriptions. I will still go though because I love my neurologist and the neurosurgeon he sent me to. Great guys I loved the entire team. It’s just unfair and unhelpful sometimes. I get Covid , but that’s a revolving circle for everyone. Companies have to do better job for everyone to get in & see their doctors.
