  My brother had a terrible experience with blood clots in his calf and the doctor's and staff here were outstanding. The doctors were able to utilize a procedure that other doctors were not willing to do and it was extremely helpful. Complications arose that they handled immediately and the nurses and PT staff we're very good.

  My son is on his way to Tufts ER, I will follow up and let you all know the "REAL DEAL" after his visit. This is Boston, Massachusetts; we are known as the "gold standard" in healthcare. To read these reviews of not only Tufts but MGH, BMC, and other key hospitals in MA that are treating patients with disrespect makes me sick and embarrassed that this is the state of our "elite medical care" here in Massachusetts. Nurses, if you do not like your job, then quit, but I will make it my job to make sure you STOP treating patients with disrespect. The disgrace YOU NURSES have brought to the nursing profession here in Massachusetts is just unbelievable! Tuft's Doctors, aren't most of you still in school? If your bedside manner is as bad as it has been stated in some of these reviews, then maybe you should think of another career.

  Special thanks to the nurses and the staff in this ER. They are very caring and genuinely concerned about you. You truly feel safe there. They take a very personal approach with every patient. May God bless this place.

  Unfortunately for me I am writing this from the ER, where I am currently being cared for by Jake, PA Colin Nguyen, Victoria, and Dr. Jonathan Ameli the rest of the incredible team due to severe pain. They are making me feel comfortable and calm while they work to figure out what’s going on. They’ve listened to me and treat me with kindness and compassion. I was here just a week ago, unfortunately for me, and once again, the level of care was outstanding.I was admitted thento the hospital, where my nurse, Eva Pappa, was absolutely exceptional. She was attentive, compassionate, and incredibly responsive which made me feel supported. The entire staff demonstrates kindness, competence, and thoroughness. They’ve run all the necessary tests to get to the bottom of my pain and are attentive to my needs. They know what they’re doing and they genuinely care about the patients. This hospital has a great team that has the knowledge to treat you and the empathy and heart to care for you. 10/10 recommend.
