  Have had issues with Tufts med centers in the past but not today! The woman who worked at the front desk, the resident and doctor (Dr. Hon), and everyone else I spoke to were super kind and helpful 😊

  Tufts was the only hospital that treated me and treated me with respect in Boston. They were very concerned with my condition and acted immediately. The doctors and nurses were of the best with compassion. Im truly greatfull for this hospital and ill start wearing Tick repellent for now on 🤣... Food was healthy and good too

  I had a worst surgery experience at Tuft medical center. Waking up from anesthesia with a really painful eyeball. The Surgery was done at my lower body, I don’t know how in the world my eyeball feel like being stabbed into it, I could not open my eye until the next day, tear was nonstop running. And on my arm where IV was taped a piece of my skin scrapped off, it was so sore there on top of the pain where surgical site. They don’t tell me what they did to my eye. Think twice when you choose this hospital for surgery. Edit: I contacted the phone number below, no one helps

  I requested a refill on the online patient portal for blood pressure medication that I had been on for around 6 months. Just like I have done with many doctors over the years. I get a reply back saying that I need to call and make an appointment in order to get a refill. I just had an appointment 1 week ago and 3 in the past month and they demand a new one again. This place prioritizes profit over patients' health.
