Office is way too hot and humid, no air conditioning. Employees are understandably busy, but clearly get annoyed when patients have issues or complicated blood draws.

Never going back to this location again. After drinking 1.5 liters of water in the morning to prep for my visit, they still could not find a vein and were clearly operating in a very rushed and unprofessional manner.
There were vials on the floor and was asked to give a urine sample in a plain plastic cup instead of the medical one with a label.
They also simply jammed a needle in me without warning and left a notable bruise in my left arm as shown in the photo.

From the moment I got there it was unorganized and hectic. Took me 3 seconds of waiting in the lobby and seeing the terrible attitude the staff had to see why. At one point some lady was asking about being charged again when scheduling an appointment, a valid question. Instead of explaining that she wouldn’t have to pay again, one of the staff members started yelling “FORGET ABOUT THE PAYMENT”. After she left the main lady (not sure her name but she was actually great! Shoutout to her) came out and was able to explain it in less than 20 seconds. This was one of many situations I saw in my 3 hour wait time while there.
This is my second visit to this location, and both experiences have been great. Natasha and Sierra are very professional, welcoming, and efficient. They truly get the job done.
The service I received was absolutely disgusting. Please remove the standby option if you don’t want to take them. The tab states that the usual waiting time for standby is 1 hour, but what happened to the people sitting inside? If they don’t want to take standby, please remove the option. I waited for almost 4 hours, which is insane.
