  I’ve been seeing Dr. Dority at Parkside Dental Care for almost 12 years. She is the only dentist that has cared for me as a whole patient and not a set of teeth. Apart from being a wonderful and kind-hearted doctor, she is clearly very knowledgeable, is always staying up-to-date on the latest, and cares about being the best at what she does. She ensures that I am never in pain during procedures and explains what is happening the entire time and why. She has helped me restore my dental health and smile. I never have to dread going to the dentist anymore! Her office is incredibly professional and kind and I trust them all completely.

  Dr Dority is fast and pain free! So good that I'm paying out of network and I don't care! She is stuck w me until she retires.

  Used to be a great dentist office, and Dr. D is still a great dentist, but the new-ish receptionist and business policies are so off-putting I don’t feel welcome or comfortable there anymore. After being a patient 15 years and referring over 30 patients to the office, I get charged a fee if I don’t confirm my Monday appointment by the Tuesday before, or I have to call and beg to not get charged a late fee for not being 15 minutes early while I’m trying to find parking. The staff used to be warm and inviting, now the receptionist acts like they’re doing you a favor by not charging you these random fees for all their crazy policies you won’t find at any other doctors office. I used to be treated like an adult, now I’m treated like a problem. I will be finding another dentist.

  It was an incredible experience. Initially, I felt a bit lost with the directions, particularly since I noticed the building had retail space. However, I reached out to them, and they kindly informed me that the office was located in the same building, on the 3rd floor. Everyone was incredibly friendly and straightforward in guiding me through the process. I also received some valuable tips on what to focus on during my next dentist appointment, which I truly appreciated. Thank you! :)
