  This store is horrible. I have video evidence of the store owner false advertising. He hung up on me. Bad customer service. He literally false advertised the product. I called in a couple days ago to get a detox kit. I asked him if there’s one that has a guarantee that works. I don’t mind the 30 days. I had very much patient. He told me there’s one that’s very expensive over $100. I paid $125 for a drink, but this store advertised I have the number and the recordings of the store owner specifically he hung up on me. He told me it’s not his problem when he was advertising the drink. He told me it was a guarantee. It would be out of my system for six hours, I have the recording he even admitted it in his own statement on the phone so I don’t understand how stores like this false advertise so much bad customer service they don’t answer their phone. They false advertise. How are you telling someone there’s a guarantee that something would work and then they do the product they go to the urine test followed all the instructions and the product doesn’t work and then you call the store to ask questions about that product and now the store owner is changing his statements recorded at the end of the day. Don’t even worry. It’s not that big of a trip. I’m gonna call my bank and tell them that this man stole my information and he purchased whatever his own product is because at the end of the day I didn’t receive any goods or transactions, I was told I would be sober after the six hours of doing the drink properly me personally I haven’t smoked over eight days. I wanted to get all the THC out of my system in the store. Owner advertise specifically this drink that cost $130 in total after tax. I’ve already contacted my bank. I should be getting my money back soon. They should open up an investigation on this store 100% false advertising the store owner obviously is disrespectful enough saying that it’s not his problem it’s not his problem until I post all the videos and hopefully have slander on your store because that’s the reality you admitted to false advertising and I got videos

  Terrible customer service.. Dude was extremely rude for no reason when I was just trying to return stuff that I didn’t ask for in the first place. SMH

  I walked into GNC Mass Ave to find only the friendliest of service. I found what I needed, and was out of there in record time! I'm going here from now on
