I had some money left over on my FSA account that needed to be used before the end of the year. I met with Shawn, who was incredibly helpful and professional. Although the office didn’t accept my particular vision insurance, Shawn treated me like a VIP regardless. He patiently answered all of my questions with detailed explanations and helped me pick out glasses that I really liked, providing a clear breakdown of the pricing. When I mentioned I wanted to check out other places that did accept my insurance, Shawn was kind enough to give me directions to nearby locations. I appreciated his honesty and willingness to help, even though it might not result in a sale. I visited one of the other locations Shawn recommended, but after just 10 minutes, I found myself walking right back to his office. Shawn’s approach was different—he wasn’t pushy, didn’t try to oversell, and was upfront from the beginning. I’m not only happy with my new glasses but also extremely impressed with the exceptional service Shawn provided. By the way the cost was lower even though For Eyes didn’t accept my insurance. Lower by almost 50%
