I went to the store with very low expectations, hoping maybe for a temporary fix or some guidance, especially because I had purchased them two years ago. To my surprise, I received outstanding service from Sarah and the store manager, Beau. They were incredibly kind and helpful and immediately offered a real solution: they had the same frame available and transferred my lenses to a new one on the spot. I truly didn’t expect that level of care. I walked out with glasses that feel brand new and work perfectly. I’m extremely satisfied! They definitely deserve more than five stars!! :)
