  My 9 month old grandson was seen for possible seizures. We were sent for an EEG. Been waiting 8 days for results. Have made a few calls to try to get results. We were either left on hold and then prompted to leave a message, or was told the doctor would be notified. Neither has resulted in a return call! It's deplorable that somebody that supposedly has such a good reputation can't be bothered to take a few minutes to ease a parent's mind when it comes to the health of an infant child. Do not recommend! Find someone that actually cares about your child.😠

  My son was in Early Intervention for developmental delays and as recommended by his therapists, I called and specifically stated that we needed a neuropsych evaluation. I was told it could be months, which I expected and the appointment was made with the neurology department. I showed up to the appointment in August to find that the appointment was not for the testing and further, it was the wrong department. We met with Dr.Mehta and she recommended ADOS testing which we should be able to get sooner than a full eval., I agreed to have her make the referral and was told that it could be 4-6 months. Here we are in January, there is no appointment and I am being told the wait is a year. I never get calls from the staff as promised, I have to call and I am told that there is nothing I can do... I don't even have confirmation that I am on a wait list for testing. It is really discouraging that I have been trying to get testing done for nearly a year and I am being told it could be another year. The person who booked the appointment made the mistake and the hospital is refusing to own the mistake or provide any answers. It is really discouraging to think that Boston is supposed to have the best hospitals but this is how they treat parents with young children.

  Extremely thorough and professional. Highly recommend. Comforting as a parent to know your child is receiving such great quality care.
