There is a striking lack of human compassion in the operation of this clinic. I have had multiple surgeries, chronic illness, and survived cancer, Urology is by far the most challenging clinic to deal with. Helping patients seems second to procedure (disguised as customer service) in a "burn em and turn em" restaurant-like environment. This inevitably leads to delays, procedural challenges, misinformation, scheduling issues, lack of info, and lack of care. Warm regards & good luck, Another disappointed customer
