  As God is my witness I regret the day I ever received Tufts medical center into my insurance! Their care people are awesome my primary care doctor is awesome their ambulatory people are awesome! But the doctors I had to deal with absolutely suck! First of all giving me a surgery for something I didn't even need neck surgery because they said if I don't get it I will become a cripple? News flash to Tufts medical center I was crippled and disabled before you worked on my neck and now my neck is even worse! And you operated on it twice! And you damaged one of my vocal cords in the process! I had long hair at the time and you stapled that hair to my stitches! I had to cut some of my hair out because of your ineptness! If I would have been a female patient you would have done that to them they would have gone ballistic! I've also had to work hard to try to get my voice back again after what they did! And refused to operate on me after the Thanksgiving Day injury 2024 of sciatic nerve damage! And then expected me to do rehab on top of that when you're not even going to do surgery! I could barely even move and yet they expected me to do rehab are you kidding me? I thought rehab is after you get surgery?These doctors are some of the most inept doctors on the planet! You're either not very knowledgeable in what you do or you don't care who you damage!you wouldn't even tell me that you had damaged one of my vocal cords during surgery! I've been told I could sue you for that but I'm going to let it go and rehab on my own! Tufts medical center has been an absolute nightmare for me! I will never ever use their services again except the last one which is an MRI for something else! I don't like that they tried to hide from me that they had damaged one of my vocal cords and just kind of sweep it under the rug and not let me know? I found out in a follow-up that they did this on video x-ray! This place is worse than Boston medical center! The one good thing I will say is there hospital food is delicious when I was in a hospital room for days! And their care people were really good! They also said after my Thanksgiving Day injury that I was eligible after a while for home Care physical and occupational therapy but that was a lie too they said can you walk at all and I said well I try to make it to the bathroom well if you can do that then you're not eligible for home Care treatment you have to come to our office and I said so that was a lie then right? They didn't say anything! They're very fortunate that I don't follow through and sue them! The neck surgery went horrible on top of the other Fiasco's I've had to deal with this one hospital! I appreciate my primary care doctor and his staff!But to this day I don't care if I was dying I'll die at home before I die at Tufts medical center! The worst hospital in Boston! I pretty much been doing therapy and walking on my own since the fiascos of last year at Tufts Medical Center! Any more surgeries that need to be done probably won't be done there! I'll make sure my primary care doctor knows that! Makes me wonder if they care for people when they're having surgery? Because they sure didn't show it to me? And the ineptitude of preparation that I have mentioned speaks volumes! My singing friends wanted me to sue them! But I told them I would do vocal therapy on my own I've been doing that, at my house and I would say my voice is probably about 50% back! So I'm thankful that I can at least speak and sing a little bit! No thanks to Tufts who wouldn't even tell me they damaged my vocal cord! I had to learn it from another doctor! When the surgery people can't tell you what they did and how can you trust them? I don't! And I seriously don't think I ever will ever again! 🫨😳🤬😖🔥
