They give an individualized approach based on how the patient is responding, and have a deep knowledge of how muscles perform under stress. They transition the patient seamlessly into personal training to help support future maintenance of habits.

Tufts Medical Center Occupational Physical Therapy is the place to go when in pain. Clean facility, reliable staff, highly skilled therapists, professional and friendly receptionists.
I was attended by MR. Yee. On the first session, he determined the root cause of my pain and applied the correct treatment. By the second session I noticed a huge difference on my pain and range of motion. Mr. Yee went above and beyond to make sure I was pain free by the last session. He always recommended appropriate exercises to do at home for my well-being. Will return if need be and highly recommend Him to friends and family.
What more can I say about him?
Simply the best and deserve 5 stars.

I have been seeing Kristen for PT on my back on and off for the last year or so and I have really noticed a difference in my pain and range of motion. I am much more flexible and able to do more. If you stick to the plan and put in the work, results will follow. Thanks guys

I have had to go in a few times over the years and always had great results. Definitely a no-frills operation, but they helped me get healthy which is all I care about.

I attended about 6 PT evals for a shoulder injury at Tufts. I received a bill that appeared incorrect ($438 for one 30 minute visit). I phoned to inquire and was given an explanation:
Therapist manipulation: $178.00 - 15 mins
Exercises performance (done by patient) - 15 mins - $197.00
Ice Pack to shoulder following therapy - 5 mins $63.00
Needless to say, I will not be returning to Tufts for ANY care in the future. Take my advise and seek treatment elsewhere.
