  Wow This department is unprofessional and does not want to help patients medical needs. Stay away from Patient Care does not care. They are assigned by the hospital and dont work for patients, they work for the hospital. They are HUMAN RESOURCES and only work for the hospital to prevent litigation and allow the doctors and medical professionals to be unethical and medically neglectful to patients. Highly recommend stay away from this hospital. Tufts is simply a business and they care about one thing money. Not the patients.

  Just spoke to someone on the phone. I’m not gonna say it was because I don’t believe you have to put people down and try to get people in trouble but the only thing I would like to say is to please have the people who answer the phone be respectful and courteous and professional at all times The person I spoke to did not listen to a simple request of just informing the physician assistant to please check out my message and get back to me when they get a moment This person tried to Make themselves feel good while trying to put me down and State that I did not want to Summarize my message to her entirely and misrepresented what I said when this was just a simple call to get a message back I would probably say the tone would be arrogance and maybe a feeling of superiority and talking down to patients Tufts is going downhill and it’s very sad because many people are talking about this and giving very bad reviews. I am not sure what this person‘s problem was however the person Was not polite and seemed to be terse.

  Love Dr Endo he tranformed my foot and my scar looks like nothing happened.. iam so glad he was found for me ......As. soon as I met him I knew he was the best person for me and my twisted foot. He is a 10 out of 10. Boston is lucky to have him. This man could go to moon and if I need foot surgery i would go. Thank you all everyone was great.
