- AAAnonymous Account2 days ago1.0I just wanted a cleaning. 3 hours for a new patient exam. Another 3 hours for the comprehensive exam. I never got to do the cleaning. Apparently to get an appointment, you need to wait for the student to call you, which could be weeks or months. And the call is for an appointment that is very short notice. Can’t make it? Back to waiting another several weeks. I was ghosted after months of waiting.
- MRMyrom RodriguezNunezAug 29, 20251.0Never picks up their phones, all employees never give the same consecutive answer, and when you’re late due to an incident they just tell you to wait til the end of the day, or to come back after missing soo much time off work. Tufts needs new leadership, new employees, and new personas. Wishing I could post 0 stars but doesn’t let you.
