  Got some allergy tests done here in 2022. Allergy testing experience was fine albeit a little chaotic, staff was nice enough, but over two years later I am STILL joking to friends about the fact that they charged me TWENTY FOUR THOUSAND DOLLARS ($24,000) for routine allergy testing. Finally after months of back and forth, my insurance company paid it, but their pricing is completely unacceptable and insane and I would not recommend their services to anyone expect maybe Jeffrey Bezos himself

  We recently moved to Boston and they're the only ones I could contact who have allergist available to continue my allergies shot and I was pleasantly surprised at how attentive and on time they were. Everything went smoothly and in a timely fashion. Dr. Cruz was friendly and took her time explaining everything to me in details and took time to answer my questions. She also had my best interested in telling me I could stop my shots bc I have been on them for so long and explaining the difference between having allergies symptoms and just irritants that everyone also get. She didn't push for another round of testing like I was expecting. Everyone on staff was nice and patient waiting on me at every stage.

  The staff and services at Tufts are excellent and I would say my Allergy Tests at this office and doctors and staff that administered tests were 5 Stars. A+ to the staff here. HOWEVER. Tufts Billing will charge you over 100x the national average for standard and cheap tests. I had some standard food allergy tests done that should cost a few dollars but was charged THOUSANDS of dollars. After many billing disputes the official and final answer from Tufts was literally "We are very expensive and that's what you owe". Do your research ahead of time and beware of the cost of the services and how they are covered by your insurance provider.
