  I had a worst surgery experience at Tuft medical center. Waking up from anesthesia with a really painful eyeball. The Surgery was done at my lower body, I don’t know how in the world my eyeball feel like being stabbed into it, I could not open my eye until the next day, tear was nonstop running. And on my arm where IV was taped a piece of my skin scrapped off, it was so sore there on top of the pain where surgical site. They don’t tell me what they did to my eye. Think twice when you choose this hospital for surgery.

  I requested a refill on the online patient portal for blood pressure medication that I had been on for around 6 months. Just like I have done with many doctors over the years. I get a reply back saying that I need to call and make an appointment in order to get a refill. I just had an appointment 1 week ago and 3 in the past month and they demand a new one again. This place prioritizes profit over patients' health.

  Went there for a TEE procedure, nurses and anesthetists explained well and as a patient with anxiety they calmed me down

  Why is there a Dunkin Donuts at Tufts Med Center? Shouldn’t only healthy foods be sold in a hospital? Can you also buy booze and cigarets here? Is this a way of creating patients/customers?

  Horrible experience. They will cancel all appointments without telling you. They claimed they sent messages about it and never did. Doctors are very dismissive. Do not go here if you can help it
