  Called the Boston location and spoke to Naz...what a fine and engaging and productive call! Naz helped me with the right frames and even took time to secure my prescription and insurance. There is nothing like speaking with a salesperson who enjoys their product and values their customers. Thank you, Naz!

  The customer service is beyond amazing. My old Oliver peoples glasses broke in half due being hit directly into the face from a ball. Many people said I need to order a new pair of glasses but Antony fixed it under 20 minutes. Super grateful and a brand I can trust. Thank you.

  Naz was absolutely amazing. She was the sweetest and coolest. I have been looking for THEEE perfect pair of glasses for months ( I’m very picky ) and no luck but Naz knew exactly what I wanted and what I was looking for. 30 minutes later I left with my dream pair <33

  Beautiful glasses, I've been searching around online for quite some time and was delighted to see they have a shop in Boston. My partner and I went in and we're completely ignored. One of the staff, an older white gentlemen explicitly went to help another white dude who came in long after us and rudely asked us to move out of his way. We were so taken aback that we just left. It really put a sour taste in my mouth - pass on this one and find yourself some Etnia Barcelona glasses at Envision near the seaport.
